Welcome to Pamela MacIntyre Photography

Hello and welcome to my photography page! I am so excited to share with you a sampling of my work and my love for capturing memories. I provide photography services all over Michigan and I do destination photography. In addition to being a professional photographer, I am a dance coach, choreographer, dance judge and former dancer.  Being in the arts industry for over 35 years, it shaped me into the hard working, driven and creative photographer I am today. I have photographed for several dance magazines, wedding and portraiture advertisements and promotional materials.  I trained in photography, lighting, portraiture, weddings and I continue to attend several workshops and conventions yearly, with some of the top photographers in the world. I work for a camera company, so I always have the latest and best equipment.  I trained as a makeup artist,  modeled and I was involved as an actor/dancer with several theaters and production companies. Due to my background in arts, I love creating beautiful sets. I have many amazing props, gowns, dresses, accessories and jewelry for my clients to use. I am super passionate about creating meaningful work and I love showing movement and emotion.  Details are super important to me. I love vivid colorful photos, true to life skin tones and producing quality photography.  I have a gift for posing because of my background and I love helping people feel comfortable in front of the camera.  I have so many ideas to share with my clients and together we plan amazing sessions. Originally, I am from Canada, and I have been in the States for many years. I am super upbeat, positive and very easygoing.  I am a mom to 3 precious daughters and two fur babies.
